RBS bank charges on business account

Has anyone had any luck in getting a hold on business bank account  charges with RBS? I literally had to close my business like so many others on 17-3 and haven’t used my account etc but they’re still charging me £11-19 a month. I’ve contacted them but I’m not holding my breath.... 
I just wondered if anyone had any luck with their banks?

You'll need to close the account, not just your business.  The charges will remain as long as you keep the account open.
