RBS bank charges on business account

Has anyone had any luck in getting a hold on business bank account charges with RBS? I literally had to close my business like so many others on 17-3 and haven’t used my account etc but they’re still charging me £11-19 a month. I’ve contacted them but I’m not holding my breath....

You'll need to close the account, not just your business. The charges will remain as long as you keep the account open.2
