New build problems

We bought a new house from Burkhard homes in May 2018 , initially the snags were dealt with by the site manager and he was really on the ball. After about 8 months he left the company and I cannot find a contact for Burkhard homes in the uk. There are a couple of issues that were reported to him whilst he worked for them but since he left nothing has been fixed . Not sure how to proceed with this .
