Paid my maintenance fees in Feb. Marriott has cancelled our weeks and I had to pay to join interval which they are valid for a year.due to it getting harder to book dates to use my weeks how will I be able to book double the amount. Can I claim the fees back from marriott or the credit card??

Paid my annual fee by Jan 1 2020, as per contract for all members. Resort closed due to covid 19. Management is making offers linked to Interval and other apartments or dates ( if available ). None is acceptable to me. can I demand a proportion of me fees back as they could not deliver a holiday at my owned and selected time. The resort is in the uk.

You need to check the terms of your membership. What does your annual fee entitle you to? If it's a certain number of days/weeks in a calendar year and they are still offering dates later in the year that meet their obligation, you may not be entitled to any refunds, partial or otherwise. All depends on your contract.0
