    It is legislated for as a temporary increase. However benefit rates are reset each year so they could choose to retain the increases longer term. We will not know until next year.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    The increases to the standard allowance are until April 2021.
