Hi, think this is in the correct category.
We have a Wren kitchen, approximately 7 years old which is still under warranty and has become discoloured. I sent Wren an email with photos and they said that they will replace what's required no problem. They said they "might" contribute towards the fitting cost after I get quotes.
My question is should I expect them to pay all the fitting costs and any other costs incurred?
Thanks for any replys.

Depends on the terms of the warranty. Warranties are not the same as consumer rights. If the warranty only covers parts not labour, then you'll have to pay for fitting and anything they pay would be goodwill.0

Which if the warranty terms now in force are similar to those when the OP made their purchase:Aylesbury_Duck said:Depends on the terms of the warranty.
