Zipworld.com refusing refunds to customers

Hi, I had a booking with Zipworld.co.uk upwards of £1200 and the company are refusing to refund my booking. they cancelled the booking due to the virus ☹️
Is there anything I can do? I don't think I will be alone on this one.

£1200+ sounds a hefty booking - is it a consumer booking or were you doing it as a business?
