    I had an issue last year where it emerged they were charging me 15% interest for reasons they couldn’t explain. It got corrected after a couple of months and thankfully the correction was enough to be owed a small refund.

    You could make a small payment of say £20 and see if the figures goes down e.g. you owe them the money or it goes up e.g. they owe you the money!
