ASOS Refund

Hello All

I wasn’t sure if this is the right section for my problem but here goes.

I’ve been looking through my finances for the past year and realised that I haven’t been refunded for 7 ASOS orders amounting to just over £2,000. I have checked both my PayPal and bank accounts thoroughly and I have definitely not been refunded.

Yesterday, I messaged the ASOS Help Account on Twitter as I couldn’t get through to them on the phone and after requesting more details, I haven’t heard from them since.

I know I may need to be a little patient but I wanted to know, is there anything else I should do?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, this is such a horrible situation for me. 😩

Thanks in advance, Riz.

Being patient is all you can do.

That and check your bank statements more frequently than annually.

The only people that would be able to look into this and give you difinitive answers, will be Asos especially as these refunds are going back some time.
If you dont hear back within a couple of days then I would try and get in touch again, by telephone would be preferable as at least you can have a realtime conversation rather than messaging.

Over £2000 in returns in a year!?! Wow, I would definitely be noticing a lot quicker if I hadn't been getting the refunds.
I personally woundn't bother with Twitter. I would go through their actual website. There is a 'contact us' section where you can send them an email (through the site). I'd say that is more secure and appropriate for your query that a tweet.

I'll be interested to know why you haven't been refunded. Please let us know when you get an answer.
