paypal not lifting account limitations

Hi, Paypal have imposed account limitations which mean I cannot withdraw any of my money.  They want a business registration number.  I'm a sole trader so don't have one.  They are not responding to any messages for 2 weeks now, and when I try to phone I eventually get the message customer service is closed!
How can I get access to my money?
Any advice as to what to do?  I really need my money. there is £800+ in there which is my wages...
