Seedlings

This year is my 1st attempt at growing Radish and Spring Onion. I have sown indoors in old takeaway containers and the seedlings are about 1/2 tall. Can they be transferred outside into their growing pot or do I transfer into a deeper tub but keep indoors for a few more weeks?

Ra8dish and spring onon should really be sown in situ as they're not happy about being pr*ck*d out. They can go out.. They're quite quick to grow radishes so you can succession sow those. Sow in one area, then sow another lot two weeks later etc. Or you can sow in between rows of other slower growing veg like betreeot, or lettuce.

So if I moved them to where I want them to grow they would withstand the cold nights we may still get?

Yes.... they're not tender plants.

I'm in wiltshire, I'd be hapy to leave them out now, or put them in a greenhouse if you aren't.
