just had a dozen emails to let me know about the reduction in rate FROM 17th APRIL !

I would imagine that's falls within the T&Cs for most of those who use the PO for DDs
If we are changing the interest rates in a way that is to your disadvantage, we will notify you personally up to 14 days before the change comes into effect. This will only apply where your Account has a balance of £100 or more.
