Agent Login for Job retention Scheme

We are a small business and our accountant deals with our PAYE. Three weeks ago he applied for an agent login so he could apply for the Job Retention Scheme on our behalf and to date has still not received it. Consequently we have not been able to access any funds and may miss the wages deadline for April if it takes much longer. I asked HMRC on twitter how long it should take to receive an agent login and have not had any response. Has anybody else had any experience with this? Need to have some hope that it will be coming soon.

Mine took about 10 days to come through, just got it yesterday. Do you have multiple addresses that your business uses, ie, the registered address, correspondence address etc? I doubt Twitter is the best way to get a response from HMRC.0
