New type of fraud awareness post

Hello, I've recently been the victim of fraud where money was taken from my account using the government's prisoner payment system, it appeared as "Money to HMPPS" with no other details. From what I can see it is a system that allowed people to transfer money to people while in prison and it should only have been usable with my full card details and security code. My card was only a few months old at the time and hadn't been missing at any point. My bank refunded the money the same day so just an inconvenience. I just wanted to record this on the web somewhere as I couldn't find any reference to this system being used for fraud.

This happened to me last weekend, 29 July. £100 payment for money to HMPPS. Card cancelled and payment stopped. Card had not been stolen and I have no idea how the fraud works. No phishing or links clicked.
