    Indeed but if it's some knuckle dragger with no money they won't get far. As a such mayab a no win no fee is advisable. But for any accurtate plan more info is needed as usual.


    Yes, that's why insurance route is better.
    Alternatively may get something out of CICA if it's the owner committed a criminal offense.
  • Owner didn't have dog on lead and it came into my private space.  Thanks everyone for advice.  Think that's all I need to know for now.
