Opodo Cancel For Any Reason Policy

I booked Ryan Air flights for 11 June 2020 through Opodo and purchased their "Cancel for Any Reason" policy.  I cannot get hold of anyone at Opodo as they state they are only dealing with people with flights in the next 30 days.  Whilst I will hopefully be able to speak to someone once I get to 30 days before my flight, I just wondered if anyone else has dealt with them with this policy and whether the refund (minus the 20% fee) was honoured?

  • I’m still finding it impossible to get hold of them 90 after my flights were due to leave. The carrier, easyJet,  has refunded the money to Opodo on May 5th but Opodo have failed to refund me. I’m not sure what to do next. Threaten legal action?
