Self employment 80% grant

Hi I started self employment in jan 19 and filed a return in April for 19 for year 18/19 and have just filed my return in April 20 for year 19/20 will I be intitled to the 80% help??

So far as I am aware, the newly self employed hardship fund is for Scotland only.0
