Yesterday wasnt a spendy day but I realised I had let some food waste so as punishment I will count it as a spend day. Wasting food is so upsetting. Really annoyed with myself.
Anyway. Today will be a NSD taking me to 8 please, Cathy.1 -

LivingInTheBlack, I understand finding food waste upsetting but don't be too hard on yourself - I'm sure at times we all find something going off at the back of the fridge that we'd forgotten all about - I certainly do!LivingInTheBlack said:Yesterday wasnt a spendy day but I realised I had let some food waste so as punishment I will count it as a spend day. Hi Cathybird
Was just about to post it’s another NSD then realised I can’t as ordered face masks (washable) for the family after reading it on BBC news page.
SSD x1 -
finally managed another NSD taking me to 7/18,
staying within my monthly set budget but I purchased online an enamel roaster tin for baking my sourdough bread in (I'm sure it'll get plenty of other uses too ) and yesterday a cheese hamper to be sent to my daughter for a cheer up treat as I haven't seen her for ages
tomorrow is weekly grocery shop so hopefully I'll knock up a few more in the week , we"ve had snow today so staying in by the fire

Sorry I missed this post doingitanyway! I can see from the timing I posted something two minutes after you did so that's how I missed it. Thanks for letting me know xdoingitanyway said:I'm thinking after lockdown I will stick to Sat as a spending day and one day during the week, but easy to say that in lockdown...6/20 for me please as not spending today. Thanks cathybird
8/20 for me please. If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Well done jammy dodger, doingitanyway and savvylondoner

SuperSavingD, you could almost get away with classing face masks as essentials I think, but of course it's up to you
