Refund from the Lowry

Hi I purchased 4 tickets to see a dance performance at the Lowry Manchester. Obviously it has been cancelled and they have given me vouchers to use at a later date. I have no idea if the company I want to see will be touring again or what chance I will have of the seating option either. Do I have to accept vouchers? Thanks in advance

No, you can insist on a cash refund, paid by whatever means you paid them with in the first place (eg back onto your credit card if you paid by one). But you may have to insist.
