So you mean you want to take money from your credit card and pay it into your bank account? If it can be done I could see that your credit card provider may charge you a cash transaction fee or a cash like transaction fee, plus interest on the money you have withdrawn.

3. Manufactured spend
My suggestion would be to research the above and pick a means that works for you.1 -
