We have booked with secret escapes to go to indonsia on 8th May. The travel agent cancelled the holiday, they have offered us a credit note but we will not be able to go away in the next year. I phoned asking for a refund, they told me to email which I did and they have come back again only offering a credit note. Is there anything we can do?

You are entitled to a cash refund, so you do not have to accept a credit note.
