Don't even go there it is dreadful I thought my money had gone as no replys to emails or answering phone . The suddenly after a week of stress my money was back in my linked account. No message or explanation from them what so ever

Maybe it is Covid 19 related , some companies are better set up for people working from home than others.

Glad I went with RCI for my 5 yr FR bond.
Like clockwork. Deposit money after midnight and received text between 13.18 to 13.28 to confirm receipt same day.
edit: Just received my latest confirmation at 13.17.

I have recently set up my first account with a Challenger Bank - Aldermore .
All deposits acknowledged by e mail within a few hours of sending them . So also like clockwork !
