Expedia won't refund my airfare

I was also due to fly to New York in July on a package through Ebookers and KLM have cancelled all flights. Ebookers have only indicated that I will be issued an airline credit but the hotel is still active on my booking. As I have no way of getting to New York is my package void? As I paid by credit card can I claim the monies back through Section 750
