Furlough / Holiday Entitlement

I have recently been placed on furlough with my employer during my notice period (official leave date today) - My new employer deferred my start date and thankfully my furlough period has been extended until the end of June.
As holidays are still accrued within furlough period, would i be entitled to a full allowance of 28 days if our holidays renew on 1st July, given my furlough period will end 30th June?

Your furlough is with your old employer, and any holiday pay accrued should be paid when you leave. Holiday with your new employer will accrue from when you start.0
