Hi All :-)
We we’re due to be going to Florida next week, this has obviously been cancelled and virgin will be issuing a refund. Our Disney tickets booked through Orlando Attraction Tickets have been extended to use until Oct 2021.

I’m just wondering if I can have advise on how long you think is reasonable to allow people to get a refund. I’d like to see how this pandemic pans out over the next few months before I decide if we will take the trip next year or not. My issue is I can get a refund now and if we do go next year purchase tickets again but these are an extra £100pp and for a family this adds up.
I could obviously ask Orlando Attraction Tickets how long they will honour the refund but I’m worried they will force me into a decision straight away.

This is just a personal view
Holiday companies have put prices up for 2021 because they are getting people to rebook so it's suits them to say it will be more expensive if you take the cash and then book again.
This virus will remain until a vaccine is found and millions vaccinated Until that happens no insurance company will cover that.
With the US care systems you would be talking tens of thousands of pounds
Parks like this I feel will struggle because there will people that will avoid crowds.
So I would want a refund now, then I have the money and can deal with everything next year.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

Thanks for the reply!! Ideal world id like to wait few months then get a refund on tickets if needs be but looks like best option is to refund now then accept the additional £100pp differenceLife__Goes__On said:This is just a personal view

Or they are working on the assumption that it will take some time for confidence to return and correspondingly for numbers to return to anything like previous levels. Those that decide to travel will help reimburse those that don't wish to.Life__Goes__On said:
