Travel insurance for rescheduled holiday to March 21

A golf trip for this March had to be rescheduled due to covid 19. Jet 2 cancelled our flights but the golf hotel in Turkey refused a refund but allowed us to rebook for March 21 (as did jet 2, they were brilliant). I’m now trying to get insurance coverage for next year and as everything is so up in the air I’d like to ensure any further disruptions due to covid 19 are covered, are there any insurance companies providing this or am I better just picking insurance and hoping things are okay by the time the trip takes place?
