Furlough on Min. Wage

My job is paid at minimum wage and I was paid as normal on march 27 after which i was furloughed. I've now been paid on time on 27 april (great) but work have said i will get 80% of my February pay. As minimum wage was increased on 1 April should it be 80% of the new wage had I been working?
Cheers

You are not working so the minimum wage does not apply.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
