Good Morning guys
We had booked 3 flights with Hayes travel to Las Vegas which  was a scheduled yesterday. The flights have been cancelled and after battling to get through to a member  of their team they told us united airlines cancelled the flight ..this was a over a week ago..Hayes travel before refunding us our saying they are waiting for the cancellation invoice from united airlines before issuing refund...I appreciate there terribly busy but Is this standard procedure ? Also from a personal experience the customer service has been terrible with Hayes travel.

Thanks

Normally  with a good travel agent a person would be refunded quickly as the would be enough cashflow to cover that cost till they got it from the airline.
The trouble people are seeing is that the cashflow isn't there at the moment
