Travel refund method

Hi, I’ve finally been agreed a refund for my cancelled holiday after nearly 7 weeks of refusing to accept a credit note... but am a bit concerned that rather than just put the amount back onto the credit card I paid with, they are asking for a sort code and account number of the account I would like the money in. This seems odd to me and it did to my card provider too who I called today. Am I overreacting or could it even be seen as potentially money laundering??? I have not provided them with any account details so far and said they should have my cc details from both my deposit and final balance payments months ago. Thanks in advance if anyone has come across this kind of thing before...

Does seem odd.
But wouldn't worry about money laundering, as very unlikely a one off payment will flag anything, even if it did you have proof it's a refund.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
