I apologise if this is on loads of posts all ready...but ordered washing machine online..it turned up..opened packaging...the metal all bent up..its been dropped big time...I've tried getting through on the phone lines for over 2 hours.its disgusting the way they treat customers...its all sale sale sale...how do you complain so they listen..
Do they have an obedsman body to speak to...any help please
