Why write to a bank? 
Far easier and quicker to phone and speak to the team that deals with the disputes.

Mail takes ages to get to departments due to how systems work. Everything is scanned onto a system, goes into a queue to be worked. Given the Thomas Cook & other travel co failures last year. Any dispute work was taking months to get through.

I would also recommend that you check your bank account on a more frequent basis. There are many cases where failure to check could result in you losing a lot of money.
With Internet bank & Apps to use it is a simple task to check a bare minimum of once a week.
