Help Needed Sun 950 Corona Virus

Hi All,
i need some advice,
In January we booked a sun 950 to Pontins Southport, then once confirmed, paid pontins for an upgrade. 7th April i was contacted by pontins to say because of the Corona Pandemic, they were cancelling all the bookings and closing the park. they gave me the choice of rebook or refund, i chose refund, and they refunded me the cost of the upgrade, and said that as the original booking was to the Sun , they were contacting the sun to inform them of the refund, since then i have heard nothing, emails to the sun have not been answered,i cannot find a phone number for the sun holidays, according to the Terms and Conditions on the website it says the sun bookings are managed by a company called Breakfree Holidays Limited, i have emailed and used their contact form but there has been no response, and there was no answer on their phone line. I have contacted my card company but they have said they cant help as if the government recommends not travelling then it is the supplier who has to provide a resolution.
Help please, where do i go from here?

That is worth having back. It sounds like Pontins have done their part, so it is now a case of making contact with The Sun newspaper or Breakfree Holidays Ltd. If they can't, or won't, help, then try a credit card claim.0

Got this in an email today:
Hi Andrew
We hope you're safe and keeping well.
We can confirm that we have received your refund request. Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed - this is being refunded to the card you paid with originally.*
Be sure to look out for our next promotion, giving you another opportunity to book a Hols from £9.50 and £15 break.
The Hols from £9.50 Team
So i will now wait and see.
"wonder if this is something to do with all the news today regarding refunds as they weren't replying to me at all"
