Redundancy Question

Evening all,
Just a question around redundancy. I've been notified today that this is start of consultation period lasting 30 days and letter has been sent to confirm this. Thinking worse case scenario, in my contact, it states my notice period is 4 weeks, meaning I will receive pay until end of June. I've also only taken 4 days holiday since January (Annual Leave works January to December) and therefore these holiday days i'm owed, i'm assuming, will be paid on top?
My main question is currently I am on furlough receiving 80%. Should the consultation period and notice be at 100% or is it lawful for this to be paid at 80%?
Thanks for your help, apologies if this has been mentioned before.

Only if your employer wants you to work your full notice, in which case you would be paid for the holiday after you leave. However, they could instruct you to take some or all of the holiday during your notice period. Their choice I'm afraid.Gareth_Ainsworth said:Evening all,

Holiday days should be paid at 100%, not the furlough rate.0 -
The consultation period can be paid at 80% I would have thought. As after all at that point no official decision has been made (granted it probably already has). They can’t claim from the scheme for notice so that should be at 100%. Holiday pay would depend on how they wanted to do it. Which I would guess with them not operating would get you take it before.

Afternoon all,
Just as an update, we've been on furlough while the consultation period of 30 days happened. We were told notice period would be paid 100% and any annual leave accrued would be paid as well. As part of the process we all had an interview for the role, and luckily I've been kept on as end of consultation period.
Massively relieved as a lack of jobs out there at the moment.
Good luck all!1 -
