Help needed for AA02 Dormant Companies Account webfiling

Hello, I have left this too late, it was supposed to be in today, and the helpline is closed. I have a company that has never traded, just one share issued and it was worth £1. But teh form keeps saying there is an error in what I m entering. It should be easy! I will get a huge fine, very stressed... please help if you know anything about which box should be a zero, and which a one... that is what I entered last year I believe...

have you paid for the £1 share? 
does the company bank account exist with (at least) £1 in it?
if a bank account exists, is the balance in it the same as was reported last accounting year?
