Furlough pay

The minimum wage has gone up at the beginning of April, should my furlough pay for April have also gone up in accordance with this?

No because there's no minimum wage for furlough because you're not working.

The amount your employer can claim for you is calculated against pre-increase rates, so no, it won't increase.

Once you get back to work you should immediately see the increase if applicable.
