If you agree to take your holiday whilst furloughed then it will only cost them 20% of the holiday pay as they would be responsible for only the top-up. Might be worth pointing this out to them as it would obviously reduce their cost.Ourboy11 said:More than likely not as can't see them waiving their admin fee and paying holidays out of their own pocket.

We get paid holidays weekly ontop of wages and that will come out of their own pocket not covered by jrs so thats probably one of the main reasons not to furlough employees, as well as them not making their skim of the top every week off us too.0
