Baxi Boiler Leaking

Hi Hoping someone can give me some advice, My elderly mother had a Baxi 630 Comb Boiler fitted in October 2019 , on April 22nd it started to leak so she had a Baxi engineer out who said it was the Condensate trap fitted a new one and it worked fine then today she got another leak she's phoned them again but they can't get to her till Friday , she spoke to a engineer on the phone who said because  if it's not losing pressure it will be something to do with the cold inlet?? She's a bit confused as its practically new ,can anyone give me some advice so I can Reasure her and hopefully not let her worry please, also she's looks after my disabled sister who has some serious medical and mental problems and can not have the water to the toilets turned off for any reason , can you tell me if they will need to do this if any new parts need fitting, as we can't get her any where if they do like we did when they fitted it because of COVID 19, sorry for the long post any help would be appreciated
