Debenhams Returns Not Yet Refunded

HI,
Just wondered if anyone could advise on what I can do next:
I returned a parcel to Debenhams approx 5 weeks ago, via a Hermes Collection point, I am pretty sure I was given a ticket however have not been able to locate it, therefore I am unable to track the parcel via Hermes. I am not able to contact Hermes as everything is automated and you cannot get any further if you dont have the ticket number, no mention of what to do it you dont!  Debenhams do not have a telephone number to call, I have emailed twice in the last 3 weeks, however understandably they have not got back to me. There were 3 items in the parcel and and cost quite a lot of money.  Any ideas on what I can do .....?  Many thanks.

    Realistically?  Wait until Debenhams re-open.
  • Do you know the exact date and rough time that you dropped the parcel off?
    If so, it might be worth speaking to someone at the drop off point you used and see if they keep records and if so, ask if they can give you the tracking number.
