Yelloh! maintain a wait of 18 months for a refund if we don’t want vouchers.
Really don’t want vouchers as I believe they would not be covered under section 75.

My friends and I have booked and paid the deposit on 3 holiday chalets in Corsica (Yellohvillage.co.uk)
They are offering vouchers or a refund only after 18 months regardless whether we cancel or the French government recommend they remain closed. Is it legal for them put it off for 18 months?We would like a full refund.0 -
No, you don't have to wait that long, If they stick to that try your card for a quicker refund.
