Yelloh! maintain a wait of 18 months for refund.

Yelloh! maintain a wait of 18 months for a refund if we don’t want vouchers. 
Really don’t want vouchers as I believe they would not be covered under section 75.
Any advice?
Also anyone up to date no regarding EastJet refunds?

    My friends and I have booked and paid the deposit on 3 holiday chalets in Corsica (Yellohvillage.co.uk)
    They are offering vouchers or a refund only after 18 months regardless whether we cancel or the French government recommend they remain closed. Is it legal for them put it off for 18 months?
    We would like a full refund.

    No, you don't have to wait that long,  If they stick to that  try your card for a quicker refund.
