If you're seriously asking for advice on choosing a French savings account on a UK money saving forum I suspect you won't get very comprehensive answers! It's complicated enough keeping track of the situation here.
You will need to do your research on French sites. There are plenty of ex-pat sites that might help.
I suspect you'll find bank savings rates are as dire as here.
Try, for example
https://www.britline.com/savings.html
https://www.frenchentree.com/living-in-france/finance/savings-options-when-living-in-france/
https://www.french-property.com/guides/france/finance-taxation/banking/savings/regulated-savings-accounts
Google is your friend in this.... https://lmgtfy.com/?q=best+french+savings+accounts
Good luck!
