Old BT account has appeared on my credit report

In the last couple of months, an old BT account from my previous address has appeared on my Equifax credit report. It shows as being opened in August 2013 and for the last 3 months on Equifax shows as on time payments. We moved out of that address in October 2013 and whilst we may have brought that account with us in the short term, I'm fairly sure it was closed not too long after that. I have had another BT account since then, but that was purely for BT Sport (which I cancelled a few years ago) and had a different account number than the one showing on the credit report. So confused, anyone able to offer any possible explanation as to why this would suddenly appear?
