I Am a temp for job agency and have been working for a company for last 3 months, but job has now come to an end, am I entitled to get Furlough from the Agency?

All you can do is ask and they will either say yes or no. If not then look at claiming Universal Credit. If you have savings.capital of more than £16,000 then you're excluded from claiming.

A claim for UC will end any tax credits you may already be claiming.

If agency has no work for you because their temp business has been severely affected by Covid 19, then they should furlough you but they probably won't.

I know it sounds pedantic but you are not entitled, nobody is entitled to furlough but you might be eligible. The decision to pay furlough is optional to the agency, many people on here have struggled to get agency’s to pay out, you might be one of the lucky ones but lots of agencies have chosen not to
