in IVA & DRO
So me and my wife decided to enter into DROs last year, my 12 month period ends in June and my Wife's ends in November.
Both of us are continually chased by creditors, I have had to change my mobile number as a result and we have unplugged the home phone. The main culprit for both of us is TM Legal who continually ignore our emails saying we have DROs, ignore us when we answer the phone (we have started blocking the numbers now and sending straight to voicemail) and continue to chase us, offering settlements and what not. All debts we are being chased for are on our DROs.
What should we do? Is it possible to take this further? I feel like this kind of behaviour shouldnt go unpunished so would like options on what to do now.
Thanks

Complain in writing with a copy to the DRO Team in Plymouth and a copy to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Itemise exactly what they are doing and when.
During the 12 month moratorium they are allowed to update you on the balance figure and send any legally required notices. However they are not allowed to demand payment.
