I have paid a deposit for a holiday in August and the balance is due for payment by June. I'm not sure what to do with all the uncertainty with travel? Should I pay /do I have to pay balance? Jet 2 will take the money from my credit card on the due date? Can I stop them doing this? Not sure if holiday will go ahead but I'm a little worried about going abroad at the moment?

If you cancel you will probably lose the deposit. Your biggest problem will be in getting through to Jet2 as they are not currently accepting phone calls. You would have to make contact via e-mail. Unless you contact them they will take the balance from the card you paid the deposit with.

Will Jet2 not let you move the holiday date to a time that HOPEFULLY this virus has disappeared.1
