Furlough or not furlough?

Hi all, I've been furloughed from a large transport concern in the capital. I've been informed that it's for 3 weeks, then I return to work for 3 weeks on rota, then furloughed again. Is this scenario legal? Any advice would be grateful.

Yes absolutely, furlough has to be a minimum of 3 weeks. Providing you're not doing any work for that employer whilst you're being furloughed.
