I bought my daughter a sky dive experience for her Christmas present from Red Letter Days. I've tried contacting them to extend the expiry date but their website isn't working and when you call it says "the office is closed for training". Their parent company is smartbox group but their website isn't working either (it tries to take you to "buyagift" and no contact numbers. :-( I've also tried contacting them via facebook and messager and get an error message saying "message didn't send".
What are my options here - it wasn't a cheap gift!

Not used red letter days but buy a gift is the same company try emailing their support. Buy a gift have extended the vouches so would guess red letter days have too.
