Issue with Refund from British Airways to PayPal

Hi All,
Would like to know if anyone else is in the same situation as me please?
I booked our family flights direct with BA and paid via paypal, BA have agreed to refund all the flights and have sent an email to me saying it has been refunded to paypal (but not stating the amount) This was on April 12th and on the 14th a total of 2 x filights and 4 x seat bookings amounting to £473.88 had been received. My booking was for 7 x flights and 14 x seats so there is £1165.10 outstanding and astill is to this day. British Airways have said when i have spoken to them that all flights and seats were refunded at the same time and paypal are saying they have not received it. I have spent hours and hours  trying to resolve this but the two companies just keep saying its not there fault.
Any help out there for me please ??
Regards
Paul

Can you raise a Paypal dispute? (if you haven't done that)
I can't think of any help apart from that except just keep trying on at them both
Your bank and any card will doubtful be any help as you used Paypal

    Hi,
Have you received your refund yet? I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve received the email on 5th June saying they have cancelled booking and processed refund but Paypal haven’t received it.

The OP hasnt posted since April.
I wouldn't  have used paypal for this, why not use a credit card.

I would like to praise BA. I booked a flight on 22nd December and stupidly paid for it rather than using the eVoucher I had. Luckily I could take advantage of their 24 hour peace of mind policy and cancel it for a full refund. This can't be done online but I managed to speak to a customer service advisor - the 0344 number wasn't manned, possibly due to staff shortages and all the covid cancellations and enquiries, but the 0800 one was. A lovely person whose kids were having breakfast in the background refunded my money to PayPal and 2 days later it's in my PayPal account. And I remembered to use the eVoucher when I rebooked the flight - happy days!
