If they have added £60 per PCN for debt collector/contractual/admin costs, then use the standard New Template Defence which will be found here: -

read it understand it and adjust paragraphs 16 & 17 to suit your circumstances. Post ONLY those paragraphs here for critique. If they haven't added spurious costs, go to the NEWBIE sticky second post and use one of the 16 template defences linked there.1 -

Take away the amounts above, you have two tickets, have BWLegal added a fake £60 to each ???1 -
Use the Feb 2020 template defence by coupon mad , adapting the 2 paragraphs 16 and 17 , plus ensure you use the April 2020 statement of truth as well
Name the parking company
Email a SAR to the DPO at the PPC and attach a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR1 -
Due to parking in a car park with no ticket showing (albeit for 2 minutes).Same contravention on two separate occasions - just two minutes each? Which parking company? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

total claim before "administration costs" is £214.46 including £14.46 interest. £100 claimed for contractual costs as set out in t's and c's.Parking company is UK PARKING PATROL OFFICE LIMITED.Will send off a SAR to them today and am currently drafting a copy of the 2020 defence. Will post p. 16 and 17 here once completed.2

So its the usual unlawful amounts
You need to read the ABUSE OF PROCESS to understand the three separate laws or court cases they've violated.2 -
There are NO admin charges ? NO contractual charge eithermadting13 said:total claim before "administration costs" is £214.46 including £14.46 interest. £100 claimed for contractual costs as set out in t's and c's.Parking company is UK PARKING PATROL OFFICE LIMITED.Will send off a SAR to them today and am currently drafting a copy of the 2020 defence. = £99.46
What is the breakdown of the balance ??2 -
Total amount is 399.46£314.46 amount claimed£35 court fee£50 legal costsOf the £314.46:£214.46 is the monie claimed in respect of the PCN and £100 is a contractual cost as per T's and C's0
-
So they have added £50 for each PCN
Unlawful
They know it
Have you read up on the ABUSE OF PROCESS this represents, so understand what we're talking about?2 -
So, you are saying £100 per ticket = £200 plus a further £100 fake add-on and as said there is no contractual charge. Max should be £299.46. BWLegal add on fake amounts which is abuse of process and they get spanked in court so, read this and don't be scammed

Now, because BWLegal have added a fake amount, the court fee is £35. It should £25 as the REAL amount is £289.45 which should be £25
