I ordered an item from Groupon, they have not supplied the goods within the specified time and in fact they are approx a month overdue which I accepted due to what is going on at the moment.
However, now I have asked for a refund and they will not refund back to my credit card and are only offering Groupon Credits...is this right. It is for less than £20 but I am furloughed at the moment so I cant just let it go but I don't want credits.

Actually I'm a first time poster and I've just seen further down the page a post from someone else about Groupon so I'm going to try using his approach....so sorry for basically putting a very similar query.
Have to say tho after this experience I will not use Groupon again.1
