Not furloughed

I'm still working whilst 50% of staff are furloughed. Those working are now on a4 day week and having to use leave for up to 10 weeks. If this continues I'm assuming we'll then go down to 4 days pay but it seems unfair that those still in work will have a lot less leave when everyone is back at work than those being paid 80% whilst furloughed. Can I ask my employer to change the staff on furlough every 3 weeks to make this fairer?

You can ask, but they don't have to agree. Employers are obliged to follow all existing law on equality and discrimination when selecting who to furlough, but if they are, all you can do is ask.

I wouldnt have thought they would do that as it makes claiming very complicated. You could ask what the annual leave policy is for furloughed staff though. Many people on furlough are being asked to take a proportion of their leave to avoid it building up.
