Business loan?

Hello. Any help would be great.
We were about to start a business when covid started, we didnt sign contract and we are about to sign, but now had to use finances we had for deposit to live these months as both self employed. Do you think we would be eligible for business loan by government for new business??? Would a 0% card work for a loan of 10k?

It seems very likely that the new micro loans will have to meet the 25% of turnover maximum test. If you have no turnover, this won't be met. It is for preserving business, not starting it.1
